Welcome!

” Baby girls please stop” the phrase of my life right now as my daughter has just entered the ” Terrible Twos”. Am I crazy for still loving every minute of it? No I’m just a Dad who loves doing what a dad is supposed to do. Now let me catch you up on “Trendy Dad”. I am a 31 year old  Husband and Father of a beautiful daughter with another due here in the next months to come.  As I stated in my “About Me ” section I have always dreamt of having kids. To me there is no greater feeling in the world. From the sleepless nights as there are a newborn to the future back and forths of a growing teenager. Before I became a dad I made sure to get in as much practice as possible. Not only being heavily involved with my younger siblings ( I’m the oldest) to also working at a daycare. Let me tell you I enjoyed working at that daycare so much. The different kids and personalities man oh man how fun. It really gave me a headstart in the parenting department. Also we will have a second category coming I will discuss on a later date. So a little bit about my loving independent daughter. I know many people hate being ignored so have you ever been standing less than a foot away from someone yelling  “come here” “stop” over and over again? Exactly well let me tell you baby girls will stand there with the biggest grin on her face like as if it was all a game. What is the phrase “she with all the sh*ts”. Then there is “the wife” in other households known as “the warden” she is more like I need this done “Periodt” and we all know great husbands like myself get it done (wink wink). Needless to say their relationship is more of a back and forth debate on who is the love of my life . Then another person heavy in my childs life is “GiGi” my mother we will keep this one short and simple when you ask why she is so spoiled all fingers point in her direction. So there’s a little information about some key players that you will hear about in this blog. In these readings I will not only talk about my day to day life experiences with being a dad , but we will also discuss different activities and strategies to help you with your “daddying” from all different angles while still being “live”.
